Update an AI Email Conversation’s End Status

After a AI Email (AIE) conversation has ended, you can update the conversation status result when:

  • The contact has replied at least once in the conversation for AI Email to classify their response.

  • The conversation has reached one of the three results: Qualified, Not interested, or Not interested now).

Update a conversation’s end status

Go to the Conversations detail page. Select Actions > Update conversation status.

When updating a conversation status to Qualified for the first time, the conversation’s campaign handover rep selected would be assigned to the conversation. You can send a follow-up email with the handover rep as a carbon-copy (CC) afterwards.

Review conversation status update history

After you update a conversation’s status, you can view the history of conversation status updates. Use the Show conversation status logs option.

Send a follow up email

To send a follow up email to the contact within the conversation, select Reply as AI at the bottom of the latest email sent in the conversation.

This option allows you to reply as your AI email agent manually with the updated conversation status (while the conversation is not under human review).
