Data retention policy change in segment Analytics – Behavioral Analytics:

The ability to view activities from the past 27 months in Behavioral Analytics is back, now with faster loading times. You can choose custom date range going back up to 27 months. However, keyword research activities will still be limited to the last 180 days.

Filter for Salesforce Account Teams Object in SI:

We’re excited to introduce a new filter for the Salesforce Account Teams object in SI Discovery and Dashboard, allowing users to filter by team members assigned to an account. These filters can be found within the CRM/MAP filter category and will be available upon request exclusively for customers with Salesforce Account Teams object synced.

To enable the Salesforce Account Teams object, organizations simply need to submit a request to our Support team.

RAIS Temperature Definition Enhanced:

The Temperature definition has been updated to an intent-first approach, identifying accounts based on the strongest buying signals. Temperature is a relative assessment of priority accounts to target, based on their engagement momentum. This enhancement spotlights accounts genuinely ready for outreach, enabling more focused and effective prospecting.

We now support a “start from a 6sense segment” for Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) use cases.

Whether “Create Accounts” or “Purchase Contacts”, leverage 6sense’s intelligent signals, whether Predictive, Advertising, Keyword and other 6sense data as filters in a single canvas view.

Purchase Contacts and push to MAP:

We now support the ability to purchase net new contacts directly from our Data Workflows canvas into either Marketo or HubSpot MAP.
