RAIM Updates
updates
Updated error messages for improved clarity and user experience
As part of our commitment to product simplicity, we’ve enhanced the error messaging for enrolling contacts via CSV. The updated messages now clearly indicate the specific reasons why a CSV file is invalid, helping users quickly identify and resolve issues.
Edit layout for campaign settings for compact design
When a user clicks to view a launched campaign, the campaign information is arranged to take up less space, be more responsive, and align with the established design patterns.
Universal credits allocation updates
SI app / DWF app / ABM (AWF) app
As part of our effort to move towards a universal credit allocation system across all credit-using apps (Sales Intelligence, Data Workflows, Audience Workflows), we have made the following UI and permissions updates:
Moved credit allocation to a more accessible place in global Settings
Updated credit allocation UI to include AWF in the mix, in preparation for AWF GA
Provided credit allocation permissions to admins of applicable apps (SI/DWE/AWF). (Previously, only SI Admin and Primary Admin could allocate credits)
Refer to the new Credits Overview, Distribute Credits Between Applications, Allocate SI Credits to Users, and Credits FAQ documentation in the Knowledge Base.
Location in Keywords and URLs visited filter additions
Many customers have requested to leverage intent and engagement data from specific locations to build audiences for regional campaigns more effectively. We are adding the ability to select activity location to two of the most popular dark funnel intent filters: Keywords Researched and URLs Visited. These two filters will help you find accounts having surging research or web visits from certain cities or states, which allows your campaigns to target more precisely.
Refer to Segment Filter Catalog in the Knowledge Base.
New Sourceforge segment filters
As part of the Sourceforge Integration, we are offering a few new segment filters leveraging Sourceforge data. These filters will help you discover accounts that have researched their product or competitor product on Sourceforge. This is another powerful and proprietary B2B technology intent signals added to 6sense segmentation.
Here’s the list of Sourceforge filters, which will be available on both legacy and new segment experiences.
SourceForge Product Page Views
SourceForge Product Comparisons
SourceForge Alternatives Page Views
SourceForge Competitor Page Views

RAIS Updates
Make account export optional on contact export
You can now skip unnecessary account record updates during contact export, ensuring that your CRM data stays clean and relevant.
Benefits:
Avoid Unnecessary Updates: Prevent changes to existing Account records unless required.
Optimize Credits: Use credits efficiently by skipping Account Enrichment when not needed.
Save Time: Quick exports by focusing only on Contact records.
Data Workflows updates
L2A/L2C Support + Templates
Refer to Lead to Account Match Data Workflows in the Knowledge Base.
These workflows match leads in your CRM to accounts in your CRM. If there is a match, 6sense can:
Convert the lead to a contact under the matched account.
OREnrich the lead with details from the matched account such as the AccountID. This use-case may be preferable if you want to do further verification on the match and then manually convert the lead.
This release is a major piece to enable legacy Orchestrions customers to migrate to Workflows. It also adds:
Start from a Segment or All leads
The ability to filter down leads in the canvas to ensure you’re matching the right leads
The ability to configure values from fields on the account object to tie-break when there are multiple CRM account matches
Domain and Company Name Fuzzy Match Rules
Refer to Custom Match Rules in the Knowledge Base.
This release includes an enhancement of the custom match rules within the Data Workflows Enrichment product. These rules can be used to prevent duplicate Accounts when they are created from workflows
What’s New?
Previously, users only had the ability to create rules using strict logic or with a fuzzy match on website that considered domains+subdomains. With this release we are adding two new rules:
Domain only:
Extracts the domain of a website or email and compares them to identify a match. Use the Domain + subdomain rule if you want to compare both domain and subdomain like “enterprise.6sense.com.”
Match to each other:
http://www.enterprise.6sense.com : www.enterprise.6sense.com/info
http://www.enterprise.6sense.com : http://www.6sense.com
No match to each other:
http://www.6sense.com : www.sixsense.com
Normalized company name:
This removes variations like legal entity types (e.g., LLC, Inc., Limited Liability Company) and other unnecessary suffixes, leaving behind the core name of the company. For example, “Acme Corp LLC” and “Acme Incorporated” would be normalized to just “Acme.”
These would be matches to eachother:
Acme Incorporated
Acme Inc
Acme
Adding Node Level Record Counts to Preview
Now, Ops users can see the count of records that will be actioned in a workflow, helping them quickly identify if the workflow is configured correctly and how many records will be impacted by each node. The preview shows a complete view from start to end, showing how many records are flowing through each branch and eligible for each action node.
Renaming Industry Field Name in Mapping Profile and Custom Value Mappings
Labels are updated in Custom value mappings and mapping profile for consistency across apps.
Custom Value Mappings: “Industry” label changed to “Primary Industry”
Mapping Profile: “Industry” label changed to “Industry (Legacy)”
Security Enhancements
If your organization currently uses basic password authentication, please be aware that the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) feature will be activated for your organization between February 13 and February 28, 2025.
To strengthen your account’s security standards, we are introducing Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for organizations using basic password authentication. After this feature is activated for your organization, as mentioned above, logging into 6sense will require an additional step. You will be prompted to enter a verification code sent to your registered email address, along with your password.
Key Benefits:
Safeguard your account against unauthorized login attempts
Extra security by requiring both your password and a unique verification code
Refer to Two Factor Authentication in the Knowledge Base.
