The AI Email (AIE) enrollment quota is the number of conversations that can be started every month by an organization.
AIE displays your organization’s allocated enrollment quota at General settings > Account settings.
How enrollment quota is consumed
Enrollment quota is consumed whenever a contact is enrolled successfully into a running campaign. Once enrolled, the contact will be queued for the campaign’s outreach email by your AI email agent.
A conversation may not immediately start upon contact enrollment. This depends on any email sending limits that have been set up.
Exceeded enrollment quota
If you have exceeded the enrollment quota, any excess contacts in running campaigns will stop enrollment, until more quota is available. These contacts will automatically continue to be enrolled when your quota is refreshed in the next cycle. Refer to AIE Enrollment Warnings and Errors.
Unused quota and low priority campaigns
Low priority campaigns allow you to stop certain campaigns from using your monthly enrollment quota. This allows you to prioritize more important campaigns and ensure those enrollments are not interrupted.
Apart from your enrollment quota in the current cycle, AIE rolls over any remaining enrollment quota from the last cycle, for use in low-priority campaigns.
Low-priority campaigns strictly consume unused enrollment quota from the previous month. When a launched campaign is converted into a low-priority campaign, any remaining contacts will immediately be enrolled under any available unused quota.
To set a campaign to low priority:
Go to Campaigns > All campaigns.
Select the relevant campaign for edit.
Scroll to the Enroll contacts section.
Select Low priority. AIE immediately updates the campaign.
You can view your organization’s low-priority campaigns, marked by the low-priority (down arrow) icon on the left of the campaign’s title, in the campaigns list.
